After the birth of her daughter 6 years ago, Los Angeles-based designer, Mina Javid, decided to focus on kids decor. Being a minimalist at heart, Mina wasn't interested in cartoon characters, bold colors or crazy patterns and decided to tackle the challenge of creating a crossover line of wall graphics that appealed to kids and their parents.
Using her trademark muted color palette and clean simple shapes, Mina created 5 new patterns for BLIK: Una, Let it Rain, JAX, Pebbles Pattern Wall Tiles and Alps Pattern Wall Tiles.
Reminiscent of the game Jacks, JAX is a set of small decals that are sized just right for little hands. The peel-and-stick clusters and circles are easy to assemble. And the simplicity of the geometric shapes make it look great in the living room too.
Una circles bring a pop of color and effervescence to your space. The circles have a woven linen pattern giving them visual texture and are translucent like actual bubbles so you see a mix of colors when they overlap.
In sunny Los Angeles, we miss the rain and love how Let it Rain wall decals are like a summer shower of colorful raindrops.
With soft-hued Pebbles Pattern Wall Tiles and Alps Pattern Wall Tiles, you can create an accent or fill an entire wall in place of traditional wallpaper. The eco-friendly fabric sheets are easy to install and remove.
Each of the five new designs come in multiple color ways.
